As a resident of Lake Estelle, you have the option to join the Lake Estelle Homeowners Association (LEHOA), a voluntary HOA that works to maintain and improve the common areas of our community. The Covenants expired in 2019 and are no longer enforceable. However all residents are still bound to any county, state or federal rules and laws. We hope that you share our vision of making Lake Estelle a beautiful and welcoming place to live. By joining the LEHOA, you will support our efforts to keep the landscaping attractive, and the neighborhood safe. The annual dues for the LEHOA are $60 per household, but you can enjoy a $10 discount if you pay on or before January 31st. We invite you to join us and become part of the Lake Estelle HOA family.
