+     450.00       Deposits   (Dues)

Vice President Report:  No report

Architectural Committee:  No report.

Volunteers:  Beth Swanson, our newest member volunteered to chair the Welcome/Brevement Committee.  We still need someone to chair the Beautification Committee and Yard Sale Committee.  Please consider volunteering for one of these positions.  They take very little of your time.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Front Entrance Sign Repair:

Front entrance sign painting project is on hold until the humidity level gets lower.   (Front sign has been power washed and all loose stucco peeled and chipped off.  Volunteers will repaint when weather humidity cooperates.)  Once this is complete, we ask that no one put hooks into the stucco.

Fence Repair:

Still need roots cut near fence line and brush cleared.  Andy will contact Jon Pelonia, our landscaper, about clearing brush for an extra fee.  If Jon cannot do it, Robert Armstrong agreed to get an estimate on this project and report back at our next meeting.

R.V. Park:

No new information to report.

Yard Sale:

The yard sale did not pan out, weather being part of the factor.

NEW BUSINESS

Flag:

New American flag was replaced and flying proudly at our front entrance.

Dues:

At the end of the Second Quarter George reported 93 paid members.

Reminder:  If you haven’t paid your dues yet, they will remain the same for 2022:  $60.00 per year.

LEHOA is financially sound; however, we will have expenditures in the near future with the completion of our front entrance sign and fencing projects.

NEXT MEETING

There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.

NOTE:  A new venue for our future meetings will be announced shortly.  They will either be held at one of the homeowners residence or at a local restaurant which has a small room that can accommodate 10 – 15 people.
